A video clip documented the freezing of water in Qurayyat, northern Saudi Arabia, after the governorate recorded 3 degrees below zero Celsius in the early morning hours.
The video, which was published by the Al-Arabiya channel on its Twitter account, showed an amazing view of the roads that had frozen, as soon as you walked on them, you felt like you were walking on a pane of glass.
