Chihiro Onitsuka, a singer arrested on suspicion of damage to property, is not prosecuted by the Tokyo District Court

Last year, the Tokyo Public Prosecutors Office dismissed Chihiro Onitsuka (41), a singer who was arrested for kicking an ambulance on the streets of Shibuya Ward, Tokyo.

Onitsuka was arrested last November on suspicion of damage to property for kicking an ambulance on the streets of Ebisunishi, Shibuya-ku, and damaging the door.

As a result of the investigation, the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office dismissed the charges on the 21st.

The prosecution has not disclosed the reason for the disposition.
