愛知県の対象地域では、県から認証を受けた飲食店は、営業時間を午後8時までに短縮したうえで酒を一切提供しないか、営業時間を午後9時までに短縮したうえで酒の提供は午後8時までにするかのどちらかを選択するよう求められています。
このうち名古屋市西区にある県から認証を受けている沖縄料理店は、営業時間を午後9時までとすることを決め、21日から通常より1時間早い午後5時から営業を始めるということです。
また、酒の提供時間が短くなることから食事だけでも楽しんでもらえるよう、ふだんは提供していないカレーなどをメニューに加え、午前中から仕込みなどの対応に追われていました。
代表の石倉直人さんは「要請があったので時短には応じますが、果たして時短にすることが感染拡大防止にどのような効果があるのか、きちんと検証した上で説明してほしいと思います」と話していました。
