Symptoms of "Omicron" that distinguish it from other "Corona" mutant

The new Corona virus “Omicron” has spread in various countries of the world within a short period, and at a time when there are conflicting opinions and reports about its severity, the World Health Organization has warned on more than one occasion against the danger of leniency with it or underestimating its effects and results on health, compared to the mutant previous.

The British newspaper "The Sun" said that Omicron had symptoms different from the previous mutant, noting that it was very similar to the symptoms of the common cold.

The previous mutant provoke symptoms such as fever, loss of sense of taste and smell, and headache.

As for the mutant Omicron, it leads to itchy throat, runny nose, sneezing and headache, as well as muscle pain.

Some people with Omicron also experienced diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and shortness of breath.

A recent study, led by King’s College London, found that “if you catch a cold during these days, you are 50% more likely to have corona.”
