Kuwaiti prison 7 years on charges of registering a son who does not have his name!

In one of the rarest cases of forgery of nationality, the criminal court in Kuwait convicted a Kuwaiti citizen of 7 years imprisonment with hard labor because he registered a person of another nationality in his name and claimed to be his son.

The court also ruled, according to the Kuwaiti newspaper, "Al-Qabas", that the son be imprisoned for the same period, due to his knowledge that he was the owner of a forged record, and his continuation of the crime and his submission of his papers to the government authorities in Kuwait and his claim that he was a Kuwaiti, contrary to the truth.

The court had reviewed the DNA report, which revealed that the son belongs to a Gulf father and not the son of the Kuwaiti citizen who was decided to imprison him.
