新型コロナウイルスの感染の急拡大で、兵庫県内の保健所では業務がひっ迫し、対応にあたっている保健所からは「感染爆発という状況だ」という強い危機感とともに、今後も感染者が増え続けた場合には、重症化のリスクが高い人に適切な健康観察や、入院調整ができるかなどが課題になってくるという指摘が出ています。
兵庫県では20日、新型コロナの新規感染者が2日連続で2000人を超えるなど急速な感染拡大が続き、対応にあたっている保健所では業務がひっ迫しています。
このうち姫路市保健所では電話がひっきりなしに鳴り響き、職員が対応に追われていました。
この保健所では市役所から1日当たり20人から30人ほどの職員が応援として派遣され、感染が確認された人の疫学調査などの業務にあたっています。
しかし、感染者の急増で調査結果を入力するためのパソコンが足りなくなる事態も起きているということです。
