As one of the contracted hotels, Beijing Ritan Hotel is expected to receive more than 300 guests from more than ten countries and regions during the Beijing Winter Olympics.

The robot becomes a purchasing agent, delivering meals that guests order from the hotel's online customer service system to the door of the room.
After each delivery, the staff will sanitize the robot, especially the screen panels that guests have touched.
In addition, the robot is also a "killer" here, which can continuously kill the hotel lobby and corridor according to the set time.
It is reported that during the Beijing Winter Olympics, Beijing Ritan Hotel set up a total of 12 robots, 2 of which provided services such as contactless delivery and meal delivery, and 10 robots were responsible for spraying and killing.
