The robbery of the evening. This Wednesday, Eva Broussou came to present her “French Baguette” to five investors in the third episode of

Who wants to be my partner?

on M6. Part defeatist, the entrepreneur was even convinced that her passage in the show would not be broadcast on the air. However, after pitching his idea, four members of the jury offered to help him.

Put on the market in 2019, this traditional bread first interested the production of the show, who decided to contact the entrepreneur.

"I was totally convinced that it wouldn't work," recalls Eva Broussou to

I was in a real mess and I didn't see how investors could be interested in the project, knowing that I'm selling souvenirs and that we are still in the middle of Covid.

"Whatever happened, I left with Delphine André"

When she expected to take “five rakes”, what was the surprise of the entrepreneur when four of the five investors in the program reached out to her. Jean-Pierre Nadir, Anthony Bourbon, Eric Larchevêque and Delphine André showed interest in the idea. 90,000 euros, 100,000 euros… Everyone lined up the zeros to convince the creator of the “French Baguette”, enough to destabilize her. “I always have a kind of complex of imposture, testifies it. I have just started a business, it was not my job, and being a woman, I think that accentuates this feeling. »

Jean-Pierre Nadir and the desire to "make the best baguette in the world", Eric Larchevêque and the desire to "create a new way of selling French flavors", Delphine André and her "distribution channel via high-end hotels range, represented by 80% of foreign customers”, Anthony Bourbon and “his agri-food engineers”… The proposals came one after the other but a choice had to be made. Eva Broussou would have liked Delphine André and Anthony Bourbon to join forces to help her, which the creator of Feed refused. Finally, Delphine André set up a deal with Eric Larchevêque for 200,000 euros against 34% of the company.

“Delphine André touched me a lot, she has the economy of speech but she is always weighed and thought.

Whatever happened, I left with her because every word was right”, says the entrepreneur who did not want to associate only with Anthony Bourbon “because he was too fired up”.

A novelty that smells like brioche

Eight months after the shoot, Eva Broussou is finalizing the deal with Delphine André and Eric Larchevêque.

“We took a bit of a delay but it's linked to the pattern I had before.

I have former partners who have messed things up a bit, ”she slips.

After a few telephone conversations with the two business angels, the entrepreneur is on cloud nine.

“The few exchanges that we had changed my life,” she confesses.

All three are finishing the drafting of their partners' pact, making it possible to establish the distribution of the roles of each.

"They don't just have the role of shareholders, they have the role of partners," enthuses Eva Broussou.

We decided to set up a management committee because that's where I have major weaknesses.

They bring me additional help on the structure so that we can increase in power.

Once the machine is oiled, the creator of the "French Baguette" intends to develop her business.

A partnership with designers could soon be signed in order to launch a new mold for baguettes.

New products should also land, like the "French Brioche", "almost complete".

Let's hope it also sells like hot cakes.
