New escalation of tension in Yemen.

At least 14 people were killed on the night of Monday January 17 to Tuesday January 18, 2022 in Sanaa, the capital, during raids carried out by the Saudi-led military coalition.

The strikes were carried out in response to Monday's deadly attack in the United Arab Emirates, claimed by Yemeni Houthi rebels.

The latter targeted, thanks to drones, three tank trucks which exploded, resulting in the death of four people.

This murderous attack provoked the indignation of several Arab and Western countries.

What does it tell us about the Houthis' ability to cause harm in the region?

Should we expect new attacks outside the Yemeni borders?
