Former President Hidetoshi Tanaka of Nihon University did not file a tax evasion of about 120 million yen, including a rebate received from the former president of a medical corporation in Osaka, and was accused of tax evasion of 52 million yen. The first trial will be held at the Tokyo District Court on the 15th of next month.

Hidetoshi Tanaka, a 75-year-old former president of Nihon University, earns about 118 million yen, including tax evasion received from the former president of a medical corporation in Osaka City and a former director of Nihon University, who were charged with his back office. He has been accused of violating the Income Tax Act for tax evasion of 52 million yen for the two years of 2018 and the end of the year.



The first trial of this case will be held at the Tokyo District Court from 2:00 pm on the 15th of next month.



According to the people concerned, former President Tanaka admitted the content of the indictment to the investigation by the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office, saying, "I suddenly got a lot of money and instructed my wife not to file a tax return after hesitation."
