The curtain of the 2022 Spring Festival is about to open. On January 15, dozens of railway workers at Chongqing Station in the Chongqing Public Works Section of China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Corporation were very busy. They fought day and night to rectify the stock roads, refresh the signs, and reroute the turnouts. Starting the road, grinding rails, replacing sleepers, dealing with mud and mud, etc., to protect passengers on their way home during the Spring Festival.
Chongqing Railway Station is mainly responsible for the departure, arrival, transfer, dismantling, marshalling, car body storage, maintenance and repair of passenger trains on the Chengdu-Chongqing and Sichuan-Guizhou Railways.
The station has 20 station lines, 21 section pipelines, and 48 sets of turnouts, all of which are wooden sleeper turnouts.
Due to the old equipment, this section combined with the standardization of the station and yard to comprehensively rectify the line equipment in the station to improve the quality of the equipment and ensure the safety of the Spring Festival travel.
