Efforts to help a Jordanian engineer living in a public park in Riyadh

 Certainly, the captain of the Jordanian Engineers Syndicate, Ahmed Samara Al-Zoubi, his contact with the head of the Riyadh Committee in the union and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to follow up on the humanitarian situation of a Jordanian engineer in Riyadh, his story was circulated on social media.

A number of local media quoted Samara as saying that according to the information received by the union, the engineer is suffering from a difficult condition, and that he has been sleeping for about three months in a public park and refuses to respond to any attempt to help him from his colleagues or anyone, and at the same time he refuses to return to Jordan.

Samara added that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed him that it is following up the case of the engineer with his family and the Saudi authorities through the Jordanian embassy in Riyadh.


He called on Jordanian engineers in Riyadh to do everything they could to persuade the engineer to return to the Kingdom or leave the park and secure a suitable place for him.

"The Jordanian community in Riyadh and the Saudi brothers have repeatedly tried to provide assistance to the engineer, who still refuses to respond to these attempts despite the difficult weather conditions in the capital, Riyadh," he said.
