Due to the extension of her convalescence following a health problem, Celine Dion will not be able to perform the show from March 9 in the United States and Canada.
The nineteen performances she was to give have all been canceled, with no rescheduled date.
“I really hoped to be ready to go back on stage now, but I find that I have to be more patient and follow the recommendations of my doctors, wrote Celine Dion in a message published on her social networks.
Our shows require a lot of organization and preparation, so we have to make decisions today that will affect plans two months from now.
I will be so happy when I get my health back, the pandemic is behind us and I step on stage again.

"Severe and persistent muscle spasms"
In a press release, the production gave more details on the health problem that the star is facing.
“She was recently treated for severe and persistent muscle spasms which prevent her from performing, and her recovery is taking longer than she expected,” it read.
“His medical team continues to assess and treat his case,” concludes the reassuring message.
The European part of his tour, supposed to start on May 25 in Birmingham, England, is maintained.
