She said that 27 counties and districts in Tibet have successively issued opinions on strengthening public interest litigation.
The Shigatse City Procuratorate and 9 government functional departments co-signed the "Opinions on Strengthening Cooperation and Cooperation in Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation to Fight the Tough Battle of Pollution Prevention and Control", and the joint efforts of public interest litigation have been continuously formed.
Relevant opinions and plans were signed or jointly issued with the Department of Ecological Resources of the Tibet Autonomous Region, the General River Chief Office of the Tibet Autonomous Region, the Public Security Department, and the Forestry and Grass Bureau of the Tibet Autonomous Region to strengthen the establishment of a public interest litigation collaboration mechanism.
Public interest litigation procuratorial liaison offices have been set up in 35 forestry and grass bureaus (protected areas administrations) involved in 11 Chinese national nature reserves.
In addition to the Tibet region, the Tibetan procuratorate has also strengthened inter-regional public interest litigation collaboration.
It has signed or jointly issued a number of cooperation mechanisms and opinions and other documents with neighboring Sichuan, Yunnan, Qinghai, Gansu, Xinjiang, etc.
