Saudi Arabia Rahaf Al-Qahtani leads the men's council and raises controversy
A video clip showing the famous Saudi social media platforms, Rahaf Al-Qahtani, one of the men's councils, sparked a wide wave of controversy on social networking sites.
The video, "Trend", topped the communication platforms in the past hours on many accounts, accompanied by a wave of controversy between a rejectionist and a sarcastic, and between a supporter.
While a number of critics indicated the move, given that Rahaf Al-Qahtani’s existence does not deserve this celebration and this position, and one of the critics said, “If a doctor, a cultural figure or a scientist could have accepted the matter, but this is in the council’s chest a defect, and God is a defect.”

Rahaf Al-Qahtani appeared in a video clip, in which she expressed her anger at the criticism leveled at her, and explained that the men made her the head of the council, because she was the only woman in the place, and therefore they presented her out of appreciation and respect.
She sent a message to her critics, stressing that it was more important for them to support everything that enhances the status of Saudi women, rather than criticizing them.
She expressed her dissatisfaction with the attack on the men who were accompanying her in the council, wondering: "Why did you attack them everywhere, the female is only appreciated by a competent man, if they were not men, they would not appreciate me or put me at the head of the council."
