The Public Prosecution said that it had established evidence against the accused in the four cases from the testimony of 17 witnesses, the confessions of the accused in the investigations, the exhumation of the remains of the victims from the places where they were buried, and what was proven by the reports of the anatomical character of those bodies and the conformity of the genetic fingerprints taken from them with similar ones taken from people with Victims.

The Public Prosecution added that it had established evidence on the accused, which was proven by the reports of the "General Administration for Criminal Evidence Investigation" regarding the examination of the antiquities raised from the places where the bodies were extracted, as well as the accused's simulation of how he committed the four facts, and the investigations revealed that the accused used a toxic substance to kill two of the victims before burial .
