The Beijing Youth Daily reporter learned from the Ali auction platform that the assets of Yunnan Tengchong Dagang Wangbao Cultural Tourism Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which will be auctioned this time, are located in Songyuan Road, Tengyue Town, Tengchong City, adjacent to the national historical and cultural town - Heshun Ancient Town. It consists of three construction lands located in Shizi Village, Heshun Town and the assets formed in the early construction of the project, a boutique hotel project, the franchise right of Dieshui River Scenic Area, real estate in Wangbaoji Community, productive biological assets, equity investment, and equipment assets.
On September 30, 2016, the Intermediate People's Court of Lijiang City, Yunnan Province accepted the reorganization application of "Dagang Wangbao Company" in Tengchong, and appointed Yunnan Zhengan Bankruptcy and Liquidation Service Co., Ltd. as the administrator of Dagang Wangbao Company.
Because Dagang Wangbao Company and its manager did not submit a draft reorganization plan on time, the Lijiang Intermediate Court terminated the Dagang Wangbao Company's reorganization procedure on May 3, 2018, and declared Dagang Wangbao Company bankrupt.
The administrator will conduct public auctions through the Taobao bankruptcy and forced liquidation asset trading network platform from 10:00 on January 19, 2022 to 10:00 on January 20, 2022 (except for delays).
According to the bidding announcement, after the auction period begins, qualified bidders can participate in the bidding in the way of incremental bidding in the bidding process.

In September 2010, the competent construction department of Tengchong City notified that the project is located within the planning scope of the Tengchong Geothermal Volcano National Scenic Spot and Heshun Scenic Spot, requiring re-compiling of the project planning and approval.
The name of the newly compiled planning project is "Dieshui River Project in Tengchong Scenic Spot and Heshun Scenic Spot".
This auction is the first auction. The assessed value of the auction object is 476 million yuan, the starting price is also 476 million yuan, and the bidding deposit is 5 million yuan, an increase of 200,000 yuan or an integer multiple.

According to reports, Dieshui River originates from Daying River in the northeast of Tengchong County. When it flows through the ground about 2 kilometers west of Tengchong County, there is a huge cliff.
The water rushes out of the left gorge and falls into the deep pool, as if it was folded in two, so it is commonly known as "Dieshuihe Waterfall".
