“Put your trumpet on a lemon.” Mabrouk Attia explains the ruling on transplanting a pig’s heart into a human being

Dr. Mabrouk Attia, Professor of Sharia, Al-Azhar University, revealed the ruling on transplanting and transferring pig organs to humans.

Attia said during an interview with the media, Sherif Amer, on the “Happening in Egypt” program, broadcast on the “MBC Egypt” satellite channel on Wednesday evening, that the transplantation and transfer of pig organs and other forbidden animals falls under the category of necessity that is legally permissible, citing the Almighty’s saying: “So whoever is forced He is neither transgressing nor transgressing, then there is no sin upon him.”

There is no god but God, in sickness and necessity.”

In the same context, Dr. Shawki Allam, the Grand Mufti of Egypt, said that with scientific progress and research, and we do not find alternatives to the organ taken from the pig, necessities have become permissible for prohibitions.

Shawki Allam added, during his meeting with the journalist Hamdi Rizk, on the “Nazra” program broadcast on the “Echo of the Country” satellite channel, today, Friday, that if “pig” is eaten, it is forbidden, because the Almighty said, “Death, blood and pork are forbidden to you.”

The Grand Mufti of Egypt explained that diversity and human difference is one of the laws of God in the universe, pointing out that a person may deviate at times and needs someone to guide him, pointing out that the messengers have come successively, period after period, in order to guide man.
