In 2019, at the 43rd World Heritage Conference, China's Yellow (Bo) Sea Migratory Bird Habitat (Phase 1) was included in the World Heritage List.
Yancheng Yellow Sea Wetland has become the second intertidal wetland heritage in the world and China's first coastal wetland world natural heritage.
