He added that he had hoped to compensate the amounts he owed during the establishment of the commercial project, but the rent gradually accumulated on him, and he was completely unable to pay, so the case was transferred to the Rental Dispute Settlement Committee, and a judicial ruling became enforceable on him, and he tried hard to find a way out, but it was not successful. A charitable organization took charge of his assistance in the amount of 30 thousand dirhams, and he owed one million and 94 thousand and 136 dirhams.

He indicated that he is currently between the disease and the financial issue resulting from it, and does not know how to act, and he finally resorted to the “Faraj Fund” in Abu Dhabi, which sympathized with his situation, and began to seek a settlement to reduce the amount of the case, stressing that he was unable to manage the amount, due to his weak capabilities. He explained that his family consists of nine members, and he works in a government agency with a salary of 19,000 dirhams, of which 7,821 dirhams per month goes to banking supplies, and 2708 dirhams per month for housing installments by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, and the rest of the salary 9000 dirhams goes to life expenses and requirements, Expressing his fear of entering prison, which would worsen his health, especially as he is still undergoing chemotherapy, he appealed to good people and people of merciful hearts to help him pay the remaining amount of the amount of the financial case incurred by him.

He added that the Faraj Fund administration has studied the citizen's condition, which is considered a humanitarian case, especially as he suffers from cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy at Sheikh Khalifa Specialist Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah.
