British expert: "Stop vaccines and live with Corona"

The former head of the vaccine task force in Britain said that Corona should be treated as an endemic influenza-like virus, and that ministers should end mass vaccination campaigns after the campaigns related to boosters were completed.

And according to the British newspaper, The Guardian, Dr. Clive Dix called for a rethink of the strategy to confront Corona in the United Kingdom, and a direction contrary to that taken in the past two years and coexistence with Corona as the “new normal.”

"Mass vaccination in the UK must end now," said Dix.

According to the "Al Arabiya.net" website.

He added, "Ministers must urgently support research on developed immunity to (Corona) beyond antibodies, to include B cells and T cells (white blood cells). This can help develop vaccines for people who are primarily at risk. We now need to manage disease, rather than preventing the spread of the virus. So stopping the progression of severe disease in vulnerable groups is the future goal.”

Official data showed that Britain recorded 141,472 new infections with the Corona virus, yesterday, Sunday, down from 146,390 cases on Saturday, while the number of deaths recorded decreased from 313 to 97 cases.
