In order to do a good job in the medical treatment, epidemic prevention and control, and life security of the quarantined people at the centralized isolation medical observation points, Xi'an is further regulating the work from eight aspects.
First, the epidemic headquarters of all districts, counties, Xixian New District, and development zones are responsible for the management.

Provide non-contact meal delivery, three meals a day, hot water supply, heating, bathing, Internet and other basic living needs to ensure the basic living needs of quarantined personnel.
The fourth is health monitoring.
The health observation team of the special class will monitor the health status of the centralized isolation personnel at least twice a day, measure the body temperature, and fill in the "Central Isolation Observation Personnel Health Monitoring Card".
If it is found that the health of the centralized isolation personnel is abnormal, immediately enter the referral process.

The fifth is nucleic acid detection.
Close contacts are subject to a 14-day centralized isolation medical observation. During the daily "double collection and single inspection" of the centralized isolation medical observation, a parallel double nucleic acid test is conducted on the 14th day, and the centralized isolation can be released only if the nucleic acid test is negative.
From 0:00 to 24:00 on January 6, 48,353 nucleic acid samples were taken from close contact personnel at the centralized isolation medical observation point, 10,137 samples were sampled by special class staff, and 6,572 samples were sampled by other staff members, totaling 65,062 samples.
