「大阪モデル」では、直近1週間の10万人当たりの感染者数が35人を超えることが「黄色」への引き上げの指標の1つとなっています。
府によりますと、7日までの1週間では10万人当たり19.91人と基準には達していませんが、感染の急拡大で35人を数日中に超える可能性が極めて高いことから、事前に引き上げる判断をしたということです。
「黄色」への引き上げは8日から行う方針で、通天閣を黄色く点灯するなどして府民に感染対策の徹底を強く呼びかけることにしています。
また、ワクチンを2回接種した府民らを対象に府内などの旅行費用を助成する「大阪いらっしゃいキャンペーン」についても、今月12日から新規の予約を停止することを決めました。
さらに、感染拡大に伴って医療のひっ迫も予測されることから、入院の基準を厳格化し、中等症以上の人か、65歳以上か、肥満や基礎疾患などの重症化リスクがあり、発熱が続くなどの症状がある人などを入院の対象としています。
一方、宿泊療養施設については、40歳以上の人は原則入所とし、40歳未満の人については重症化リスクのある人や、自宅で適切な感染対策がとれない人を優先的に入所させるとしています。
このため、40歳未満で重症化のリスクがなく自宅での感染対策ができる人は、自宅で療養をすることになります。
