A Saudi security statement... The arrest of a young man who rammed a girl's car and caused her to overturn (video)
Activists on social media circulated a video clip of a Saudi young man who deliberately collided with a vehicle driven by a girl on one of the main roads in Taif - western Saudi Arabia - which led to its overturning and the girl's minor injuries, which provoked an interaction.
The Saudi Ministry of Interior published the video clip circulating on its official page on the Snapchat website, attached to a statement circulated by activists on social media.
And the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted the media spokesman for the Makkah Police as saying that it was “a reference to a video clip showing that a girl’s vehicle was hit, which resulted in her overturning and suffering minor injuries,” noting that the girl’s health condition is “stable.”
The security spokesman added that "the police in Taif Governorate arrested the perpetrator, a Saudi citizen. He was arrested, and initial legal measures were taken against him, and referred him to the Public Prosecution."
