Cheese lovers, be vigilant.

Monoprix has just recalled a Reblochon de Savoie from the Monoprix Gourmet brand, reports Recall Conso, the site for dangerous products alerts.

This product to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Two references are concerned: the reblochon de Savoie farmer AOP 450 g and the half reblochon of Savoir fermier AOP.

It is first of the lot 17061221 with the barcode 3350030207922 whose use-by date is 01/02/2022.

The second batch has the number 17061221348 and the barcode 02000150. Its use date is 04/01/2022.

These products were marketed in Monoprix stores in France between December 14 and December 30, 2021.

They can also benefit from a refund.

In case of consumption and if symptoms such as fever, isolated or accompanied by headache, and muscle aches, appear, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Pregnant women as well as immunocompromised people and the elderly should pay special attention to these symptoms.

Listeriosis is a disease that can be serious and can take up to eight weeks to incubate.
