Second telephone exchange in less than a month, Thursday, December 30, between US President Joe Biden and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Poutin, about the Ukrainian crisis.

Warnings on both sides.

The two leaders nevertheless praised the diplomatic path to get out of the crisis generated by the threat of a Russian invasion.
