Ishikawa Prefecture announced that two people infected with the new coronavirus have died and one new infection has been confirmed.
The dead were a female in her 80s in Kanazawa, who had been confirmed to be infected, and a male over 90 years old who was infected with a cluster at Sengi Hospital in Kanazawa.
As a result, 134 people died in Ishikawa prefecture, and 8043 people were confirmed to be infected.
