The first general attorney of the General Prosecution of South Mansoura had referred each of the defendants: "Mahmoud. A. A. M. A.", 21 years old, a bird distributor and residing in Al-Salam village, Al-Menoufia governorate, and "Mohamed A. A. M. S.", 21 years old, A chef and resident in the village of Mit Jarrah, Mansoura Trial Center, because on 9/27/2021 in the Department of the First Division of Mansoura - Dakahlia Governorate, they kidnapped the victim, Israa Al-Saeed Abdo Muhammad Abdo, and that was by means of fraud and coercion by weaving the threads of a plot for her and she was attacked, so we were able to take her inside the car. ATJ 2899, and as soon as she became aware of their partners, they beat her with their hands, tied her hands, and gagged her with a tape, and by this coercive means, we were able to remove her to several remote places, away from her family and the eyes of the censors, to complete the crimes that are the subject of the subsequent accusations, and as indicated in the investigations.
The investigations of the Public Prosecution revealed that this felony was linked to the crime of kidnapping and the felony of indecent assault on her, because she was in the same place and in one time bond, and they assaulted her by beating her with hands, they tied her hands, and gagged her mouth with tape. Her nakedness, when the second one was present, to tighten his grip, displaying her violating offer to the eyes of all, and stole the money, mobile phone and documents shown, describing and valued by the investigations and owned by the victim.
The court heard Mr. Ibrahim, the victim’s lawyer, who confirmed the occurrence of the incident and proved the accusation against the defendants.
