France again crossed a new record for Covid-19 contamination on Wednesday, crossing the threshold of 200,000 cases for the first time, according to figures unveiled by the Minister of Health Olivier Véran.

Some 208,000 cases have been recorded in the last 24 hours in France, the minister announced during a hearing at the National Assembly.
