The media world in Africa has undergone many changes.
First, the creation of private media broke state monopoly.
The birth and development of New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT) have been dazzling in African countries.
Through these new channels, both literate and non-literate have become actors and consumers of information.
The health crisis due to Covid-19, and the security crisis in many countries, have accentuated the upheavals.
The citizen is requesting information.
At the same time, both the reader and the listener have become suspicious.
To this must be added false information, served to an audience that does not know how to distinguish between things.
