The Arabic language, the language of the Noble Qur’an, will remain immortal with the eternity of the Great Qur’an, it will remain lofty peaks, no matter how its sons try to disobey it, as the languages of other peoples and nations are concealed, and no matter how others try to keep it away from the arenas of communication and education, our great language will remain as long as there are men who know its destiny and cherish affiliation Nations are proud of it, such as this great man who is a nation alone, and who carries their concern for this language to be the language of science, the language of civilization, and the language of the future, as it was, and will not go away. He is Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, may God protect him, who called the officials of Arab culture from Ministers, directors and their strike, whom God Almighty has entrusted the nation’s secretariat in its language and culture, to announce an important official document, which will be a constitution to which everyone is bound.

It is the "Emirates Declaration on the Arabic Language", so that this declaration will be a document binding on ministries and institutions to implement the map that protects the language and maintains its existence, development and spread among the languages of the world. It must be preserved, as one preserves one's soul.

Which means that it must be taught to generations, by teaching them the structures of words and their origins and their syntax movements, as well as teaching them their meanings and the jurisprudence of the semantics of their words.

Which means that its content should be of high quality and useful in writing, conversation, theater, rhetoric, and so on, so that it is compatible with all segments of society at all ages.

It means that the language of technology that was dominated by Latin languages and others, so that the Arabic language is present in technology, the Arabization of its terms, and the use of its tools.

It means that the translation movement that transmitted the sciences and philosophy of Greece, and the civilization of the Greeks and Romans returns, so that our language will play the role that the House of Wisdom played in the Abbasid era, as we are in this era in greater need than it was in the past.

It means that we should export this great language to the world, because it is a language that does not accept dissolution, its roots, structures, derivatives and sources do not change and are not affected by the factors of time, unlike other languages that dissolve at least every hundred years. Some international institutions that want to preserve their records and archives, because they know the stability of this great language and not others.

This road map also means that it should have a sound language planning, to be drawn by governments and community institutions of all kinds, to be translated into language policies in the fields of education, media, public space and industries related to the Arabic language, and to cooperation between the various references of the Arabic language in our countries, each according to its priorities and needs. .

These creative elements guarantee us the future of our great language to be the language of our children and successive generations, as it was the language of our peoples since its inception thousands of years ago. This is a blessed inspiring map.

This is what was expressed by the sponsor of this declaration, and the bearer of the Arabic language and the civilization of the Arabs, the builder of the glory of Arabism, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, may God protect him, who said: “The Arabic language deserves many summits, because it is the pinnacle of beauty, breadth and comprehensiveness, and a vessel for civilization in all its dimensions. ».

He also said: "Within the summit, I witnessed the signing of the (Emirates Declaration of the Arabic Language) with the Arab Ministers of Culture and I signed it with them. Through it we declare our commitment to it as a language of our identity, culture and sciences. We commit ourselves to it as a language of life." First, towards their great language.

The Emirates Declaration of the Arabic Language is an official reference for officials in the Arab countries to launch initiatives and projects that preserve the Arabic language, enhance its presence among future generations, and foresee its future in the digital space and new worlds, and industries related to the Arabic language, and the employment of modern technology in teaching and disseminating the Arabic language, so that it becomes the language of For the present and the future, as expressed by the Minister of Culture and Youth, President of the 22nd session of the Conference of Ministers Responsible for Cultural Affairs in the Arab World, Mrs. Noura Al Kaabi.
