Sun Haiyang and his wife drove to Yanggu, Shandong: "Don't worry", they are still looking for a school for Sun Zhuo

On December 21, Sun Haiyang and his wife set off again and drove from Shenzhen to Yanggu County, Shandong Province, more than 1,700 kilometers away.

His 14-year-old son, Sun Zhuo, who had just been reunited after being separated for 14 years, is in his freshman year in Yanggu.

"I am driving alone, it takes 2 days." At 8 o'clock on December 22, Sun Haiyang told The Paper that they had just arrived in Ganzhou, Jiangxi, and they should not be able to arrive in Yanggu County on the 23rd.

It is cold in Shandong now, and there may be ice on the road. He has not driven this kind of road. He intends to drive slowly after entering Shandong. It is estimated that he will be able to reach Yanggu County on the 23rd.

"(We) go over there first, don't worry." Sun Haiyang said. Before that, Sun Zhuo told them that he wanted to go back to Shenzhen to study.

During the recent period, they have all been looking for schools in Shenzhen, but they have not found a good one yet.

Sun Haiyang revealed that Sun Zhuo's hukou is in his hometown in Hubei, but they have been in Shenzhen for many years and have paid social security.

Before, they communicated with the Shenzhen Municipal Education Bureau about Sun Zhuo's return to Shenzhen to study. The other party replied that they need to study more.

The Paper noted that in an interview with the media, the staff of the Shenzhen Bureau of Education stated that the place of residence is not in Shenzhen, which does not affect Sun Zhuo’s normal enrollment and entrance to the college entrance examination. It is recommended that Sun Haiyang directly contact the school in the area where he lives for specific admission arrangements.

"Before (Shenzhen Education Bureau) said that there was no problem, but later, there was still a small problem that needed to be studied. I don't know where the problem is?" Sun Haiyang said.

Sun Haiyang said that at present, they most want to solve the problem of Sun Zhuo returning to Shenzhen to study.

His idea is to connect the schools in Shenzhen first, and then take Sun Zhuo back.

Before the school can contact Sun Zhuo, he can’t take Sun Zhuo back to Shenzhen, and it can’t affect the child’s schooling.

So far, they have not contacted Sun Zhuo's adoptive parents.

The Paper previously reported that his son Sun Zhuo was born in 2003. In order to give his son a better life, Sun Haiyang left the county with his wife and children and went to the big city.

On October 1, 2007, a family of three came to Shenzhen Baishizhou to run a bun shop, and his son went to school in a nearby kindergarten.

On October 9, 2007, Sun Haiyang’s son, Sun Zhuo, was kidnapped by a toy car in Shenzhen.

In order to find children, Sun Haiyang and his family have been sticking to Shenzhen.

The bun shop, which was originally prosperous, was changed to a "Xunzi Shop" and a small reward advertisement was posted. The reward rose from the initial 100,000 yuan to 200,000 yuan.

Sun Haiyang’s steamed bun shop is called "The shop offering a reward of 200,000 people looking for a son."

In 2014, the movie "Dear" with the theme of "anti-trafficking" touched countless people. The character prototype of Han Dezhong played by Zhang Yi is Sun Haiyang.

As the movie hits the air, Sun Haiyang's story of finding a child is also known to the outside world.

On December 6, 2021, Sun Haiyang found his son, Sun Zhuo, who had been separated for 14 years, and held a marriage ceremony in Shenzhen.

After investigation by the police, the 4-year-old Sun Zhuo was abducted by Wu Moulong, a security man in Shenzhen, and was sent to a couple to raise him in Yanggu County, Shandong.

Sun Zhuo has been living and studying in Yanggu County for 14 years and is currently in his first year of high school.

On December 7, Sun Haiyang and his wife took Sun Zhuo back to their hometown in Hubei by high-speed rail, allowing Sun Zhuo to see his grandpa and grandma.

On December 8, Sun Haiyang and his wife drove Sun Zhuo back to study in Yanggu County, Shandong.
