What are the consequences of inbreeding on children?

Inbreeding is defined by the fact that two individuals, having a fairly close relationship, reproduce between them and obtain descendants.
Consanguinity will be more or less strong depending on the degree of kinship (union between a brother and a sister, between an uncle and a niece, cousins, etc.).
