According to the official determination of China Earthquake Networks: At 21:46 on December 22, an earthquake of magnitude 4.2 occurred in Tianning District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province (31.75 degrees north latitude, 120.00 degrees east longitude), with a focal depth of 10 kilometers.
Earthquakes were felt in Wuxi, Suzhou, and Yangzhou, as well as in Nanjing and Shanghai.
From the videos provided by citizens, residents can clearly feel the shock at home when the earthquake occurs, and many Changzhou citizens who are resting at home go to the open area to avoid danger in an orderly manner.
