The corporate health pass will not appear in the bill presented next Monday to the Council of Ministers, which aims to transform the health pass into a vaccination pass.
Parliamentarians, on the other hand, specified that amendments in this direction could be tabled when the bill passes through Parliament.
The government should not include a health pass for businesses in its vaccine pass bill, but will let parliamentarians possibly table an amendment to this effect, AFP learned from parliamentary sources on Tuesday.
"In the initial text, there will not be the extension of the vaccination pass to professional circles and transport. But it could come into the debate by way of amendment", reported to AFP the leader of LR Damien Abad deputies, following a consultation of parliamentary groups by Jean Castex.
The health pass in business will "clearly not appear in the text of the law, but by way of amendment of their majority", according to UDI deputy Jean-Christophe Lagarde.
