On December 17, the Zhejiang Provincial New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Press Conference (No. 91) was held. Fang Renbiao, deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, pointed out that the Department of Civil Affairs issued an emergency notice since the outbreak of the epidemic in many places in Zhejiang. The notice from the Office of the Prevention and Control Leading Group requires all elderly care institutions in the province to implement closed management. Up to now, 1,780 elderly care service institutions in the province have implemented closed management, and no cases of infection have occurred.
