Fate often throws us on their way without an appointment and without arrangement and against what we want, then the situation gets worse when we disagree on something that quickly turns into a fight over things that are not worth, racing for a bus seat, a dining table, a parking place, a heated work discussion , a fanatical opinion of a football team or a political situation, and many more.
Simple situations in our eyes, but often a whole life behind them, we never imagined that this would be its beginning.
How many times have we looked at our best friend's face and smiled as we remembered how intense and violent the meeting had been.
How many times did the dispute etch the features of one of them in our hearts, and he became another half and a partner for an entire life, as if life rewards and contains us, but in its own way.
How many times have we felt grateful for that heated battle with strangers, after which we settled in order to continue our relationship with them as long as we lived, to visit, consult, and share with them the torturous and bitter days.
And how many times have we known the kindest neighbor after our children’s struggle with his children, and we found in his house open-mindedness, generosity of reception, support, and relief at the afflicted and in difficult times.
And how many times have we competed for something, after which we discovered that the morals of the opponent and his goodness of origin are much more valuable than any victory we achieved.
How many times have we been ashamed of being over-excited or overreacting to the one who is jostling us with the primacy of the road when we find out that he is compelled to save his wife.
All this and that happen and more, but what paves the way for the reality of our morals when we differ and the form of our upbringing that refines our impulses and reigns in anger so that our noble feelings will triumph in the end and the clash will turn into great friendliness, and the “quarrel” becomes the most beautiful and most precious to our souls, even if circumstances force us to conceal it.
Among the most truthful in the impact is the saying, “People are minerals.” Its elegance and true value appear in difficult situations and when verbally clashing with another person.
Transient disputes or those rooted in accumulation can be resolved if we are keen on decency and courteous behavior, and adhere to the limit of politeness, regardless of the severity or strangeness of the situation.
Always appreciating others and treating them with respect during conflict opens the door to a good acquaintance, and gives dialogue a relief away from tension, and allows building lasting relationships that we are happy with for life.
