Workers are using traditional techniques to process rapeseed oil for the market in an ancient oil pressing workshop in Chabai Industrial Park, Qianxi City, Guizhou Province on December 15.
The workshop uses ancient methods such as frying seeds, crushing, fumigating, pressing cakes, squeezing, and squeezing oil.
Although this technique has been replaced by modern techniques, it is still very popular because of the good quality of the rapeseed oil that is manually squeezed out.
