Be careful if you bought a baby cot marketed by La Redoute between May and July this year.

The government site

Recall Conso

published the recall of this product on Tuesday, reports

Capital

.

"Following a laboratory test which revealed a risk of safety bars breaking, La Redoute is recalling the WILLOX baby cots with the serial number 930744", indicates the report.

To be reimbursed, you must contact the consumer service before March 1

If one of the bars breaks, it may injure the user of the bed depending on where the break is. La Redoute specifies, however, that no accident has occurred to date. Customers who have purchased the recalled product are encouraged to stop using it. They must also contact the brand's consumer service and will receive a refund.

Please note, however, the deadline is limited and you must call the consumer service before March 1st.

To be sure their product matches the one recalled by La Redoute, customers can check their bed's serial number.

The latter is "at the bottom right on the label which is normally placed on one of the slats constituting the bed base," explains

Recall Conso

.

The risk lot number is 930744.
