On December 13, local time, on the 84th anniversary of the Nanjing Massacre, representatives of the Toronto Overseas Chinese Association in Toronto, Canada held a memorial ceremony in front of the Nanjing Massacre Victims Memorial in Toronto, calling for not forgetting history and praying for peace.

  This is the fourth consecutive year since the monument was completed in December 2018.

  This event was hosted by the Toronto Chinese Association and the Toronto Branch of the Hongmen Democratic Party of Canada.

Numerous overseas Chinese groups in Toronto and representatives of the Canadian three-level government attended the ceremony and laid flowers to the monument.
