"Baking in the sun to make money"?

Don't let the rural photovoltaic power generation complete road

In the past two years, the blue-gray roofs in many rural areas have been covered by blue sheets. The scientific name of these sheets is distributed household photovoltaic power plants.

Data shows that there are 220 million farmers in my country. As of the end of 2020, only 1.5 million villagers have installed household photovoltaics, and the penetration rate is less than 1%.

The industry expects that under the leadership of carbon peak and carbon neutral goals, the household photovoltaic industry is a blue ocean.

However, there are also media reports that, in reality, household photovoltaics are not as glamorous as the industry prospects. Not only did farmers fail to obtain profits, but they were also burdened with heavy "photovoltaic loans" debts; and farmers were only dreaming after they checked their contracts. Wake up: It turned out that the company did not lease the roof to the company, but the company leased the photovoltaic power station to itself.

In this regard, related companies stated that the chaos is "individual companies and sales personnel" blindly developing, "they cannot and should not represent the entire industry."

Any industry, when it is in a period of rapid development, will present a mixed situation and muddy sands.

Among these factors, of course, many participants lack the ability to discern and follow the trend to join in. It is also related to the exaggerated or even false propaganda of some companies and promoters in order to offset their performance.

There is no doubt that the photovoltaic industry is a blue ocean, and the household photovoltaic industry is even more attractive due to its great convenience.

However, if relevant companies and sales promoters only emphasize this convenience and the characteristics of "laying and winning" and publicize "making money under the sun," this is obviously biased and belongs to selective disclosure of information.

This kind of thinking and practice of "getting wealth without effort and accomplishing one's work by seizing an opportunity" is also extremely misleading.

For one thing, "basking in the sun to make money" is only a highly abstract expression, and the actual situation in different places is not consistent.

For example, lighting time is a competitive indicator, and we must pay attention to it. If you vaguely promote "basking in the sun" and ignore the differences in lighting conditions in different regions, farmers in the south may be grieved.

According to the documents of the Ministry of Finance and other ministries and commissions, the country can be divided into at least three levels of resource areas, and there is a large gap in the amount of time between areas.

And this can be used as a reference for the annual power generation income of household photovoltaic power plants.

Furthermore, even household photovoltaic power plants are not as simple as a few thin solar panels, but involve investment issues ranging from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of yuan.

Generally speaking, full purchase, photovoltaic loan and roof leasing are the three common marketing models. The first two are farmers buying photovoltaic power plants. The difference is a one-off payment or a bank loan. Roof leasing is where the company is responsible for equipment and When installing photovoltaic power stations, farmers only go out on the roof.

If the publicity only emphasizes that "Our company is responsible for providing photovoltaic equipment and installation, and the people only need to provide the roof, and they can enjoy stable income every year without spending a penny", it will undoubtedly lay a lot of "thunder".

Either let farmers fall into the routine of "photovoltaic loans", or have no profits for a long time, or even companies will run away directly, leaving farmers with the burden of repaying the loan.

In addition, almost all relevant publicity is highlighting the point of making money easily, which inevitably simplifies the threshold for transforming technology into capital, which is not only misleading in values, but also impractical.

Can household photovoltaics make money?

Of course it can, but it is not such a way of earning money.

The market needs to be cultivated, the ratio of input to output needs to be fully evaluated, sunshine time and photovoltaic panel depreciation, etc. need to be considered. Any link here is not simple. Simply simplify and extract individual information. It seems that farmers can understand and accept The way of doing promotion is actually peasants.

In particular, many farmers actually do not have the ability to identify enterprises and contracts, let alone rational investment and avoid risks. This requires local governments to strengthen supervision, grasp the scale of industry development, and effectively explore a highly applicable and effective method. Guaranteed road.

The healthy development of an industry and industry requires not only the "potential" of the development of ecological civilization and the support of industrial policies, but also the "force" of the rational choice and joint promotion of many participants, and neither is indispensable.

Any attempt to fish in troubled waters or ignoring the vital interests of participants will not last forever. They may miss out on the basis of harming the interests of the people and ruin the opportunities for the development of the industry.

Judging from the current development trend of household photovoltaics, we need to be extra vigilant.
