In 1937, the "Japanese Devils" bombed our Nanjing. At that time, many people fled. At that time, I followed the adults to Sanshan Street. I saw many people on the roadside dragging large and small cars to go down. Run in the direction off.

After the "Japanese Devil" entered the city, they first set fire on the side of the street, and my father went out to fight the fire with the neighbors. When he arrived on the street, he was taken away by the "Japanese Devil".

I didn't come back after this trip, and our family was scared to death.

[Explanation] In this catastrophe, Chen Deshou's aunt Chen Baozhu also suffered misfortune.

Suddenly a "jap" came and dragged my aunt from the third to the second. At the time, my aunt was still holding my cousin, and my aunt started to deal with the "jap".

[Commentary] Facing the insults from the Japanese army, Chen Deshou's aunt Chen Baozhu would rather die.

She (aunt) is an educated Chinese woman who will not be insulted by "Japanese devils".

Later, the "Japanese Devil" came on fire. He drew a bayonet and stabbed my aunt's thigh. After her aunt fell to the ground, the "Japanese Devil" stabbed her five more times, and the "Japanese Devil" carried it. The gun ran away.

My aunt shed too much blood on her body, and finally died. In this way, my aunt was slaughtered by the "Japanese Devil".

[Commentary] Chen Deshou said that later, his grandmother and younger sister died of malaria, and their mother was forced to remarry in order to make ends meet, leaving him and grandfather dependent on each other.

Facing the media lens, Chen Deshou sent a message to young people that they must cherish the hard-won peaceful life.
