At that time, I was doing nucleic acid in the community at night. Because it was 12 o'clock in the evening, I felt very cold. I just wore one of the donated military coats.

After a while, I found that the phone could not be found, and the phone leaked from the pocket of this coat.

When I took the phone out, I brought out a piece of cotton. Under the light, the color of this cotton was abnormal, it was gray-black.

[Explanation] On December 10, a reporter from China News Service came to the Ningxia Hongxin Yicheng Industry Co., Ltd. Silk Road Ningxia Net project to further investigate the cause and effect of the incident.

During the epidemic on October 22, we expressed our company's willingness to donate, and then the community put forward a demand and said that it needed a batch of cotton coats.

We went to (communicate) with Xinbai Group. The group of suppliers whose staff helped us contact us sent us the coat to the compound of the Xingqing District Government.

After we received these coats, we distributed them to 5 communities overnight.

[Explanation] In mid-November, the person in charge of the community contacted the staff of Silk Road Ningxia.com and told them that the donated cotton coat contained "black heart cotton."

For this reason, on November 27th, Silk Road Ningxia.com purchased a batch of cotton coats and sent them to the community, replaced the batch of fake and inferior products, and sent the inferior cotton coats to the Ningxia Fiber Testing Center for testing. The inspection report showed that the raw materials of the coats were For fiber products or reprocessed fibers, the inspection report concluded that the sample was unqualified.

[Explanation] The person in charge of the Silk Road Ningxia website told reporters that after the incident, they immediately contacted Xinhua Department Store Co., Ltd., and the other party claimed that the incident had nothing to do with Xinhua Department Store Co., Ltd.

There are two feedbacks from Xinbai Group. The first is the personal behavior of employees, and the second is the behavior of suppliers, which has nothing to do with Xinbai Group.

Because we bought this batch of cotton coats directly through Xinbai, we do not agree with his statement.

[Explanation] Afterwards, Silk Road Ningxia Net reported the case to the Yingu Road Market Supervision and Administration Office, Xingqing District, Yinchuan City.

[Explanation] After investigation, the Yinchuan Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a notice on the official Weibo on December 11: The batch of cotton coats were from the Yutian Labor Insurance Supply Store in Xingqing District, Yinchuan City in the first half of 2020. The sales are purchased by private hands, using cash transactions, and no purchase receipts.

On December 10, the Fiber Quality Inspection Center of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region conducted a sample inspection of the cotton overcoats involved, and the results of the inspection were unqualified products.

At present, the batch of coats has been confiscated, the purchase price has been refunded, and the enterprises involved in the case have been punished accordingly.

At present, the Yinchuan Municipal Market Supervision Administration has organized and carried out random inspections on the quality of fiber products throughout the city.

What is the result of the next step?

China News Agency reporters will continue to pay attention.
