The concept of comprehensive citizenship is that people are equal in rights and duties, regardless of religions and beliefs, because they are concerned with people's lives in the interest of their world, and the protection of society and the individual. As for their religion, it is entrusted to God Almighty.

Lest our religion values hurting right, as our Lord said, she said: )ola revile who claim to God without God Vespoa enemy without knowledge of each nation as well as Xena and then to their Lord, their reference to what they Venbihm Aamlon(.

This citizenship is a beautiful icon that countries seek before people, and people of hearts and minds wish for it, but:

Everyone claims a connection to Layla * and Layla does not admit that to them.

The truth is that there is neither a heavenly nor a positive religion that cares about comprehensive citizenship as Islam has cared for it, both in terms of legislation and application.

The Forum for the Promotion of Peace held its eighth session from the 5-7 of this month, and it was opened at the Expo by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak, with Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayyah, in order to revive this concept that Islam advocated for all peoples, and made it a principle in dealing between the governed and the rulers. The participants’ words were inspired by the guidance of Islam to achieve this general concept, and it was a useful enrichment to spread the concept of comprehensive citizenship among people so that they might reason.

The forum concluded with the "Abu Dhabi Declaration on Comprehensive Citizenship", which is a document that the participants, and through them the countries they represented, are committed to, to put this declaration into practice in achieving comprehensive citizenship for everyone who holds the specifications of legal citizenship in his country, as it is actually applied by the United Arab Emirates among its citizens in Equal opportunities and making them available to every male and female citizen, to contribute to building and protecting the homeland, and granting them equality in rights, duties and rules of justice. This resulted in unparalleled cohesion between its seven emirates. Except for our beloved country, when God Almighty gave it a rational leadership from its founding at the hands of its loyal rulers under the leadership of the captain of the ship of the Union, which ferries in the space of virtues Zayed bin Sultan - may God bless them all - so it looked at the people with one eye, as if they were the teeth of a comb, and today it is after fifty A year from its inception is more accurate and severeIn the interest of this concept that builds civilization and is wrapped in leadership, and the coming years will only increase cohesion, solidarity and cohesion, God Almighty. .

Comprehensive citizenship is the spirit of the Medina document that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, set upon his migration to it. And security over oneself and money, freedom of work and earning, and he has the duty to defend the homeland and its people, protect it and build it, and bear the consequences of its victory.

The differences and Islamic kingdoms proceeded in this way, so the people of different sects coexisted in the same country, sharing its sweetness and bitterness, all with the era of Islam and its upright legislation. And the bonds without naysayers, while some non-Islamic peoples could not stand such human harmony, how much they deviated, destroyed and annihilated in the Inquisition and the hateful whims of recklessness with the concept of false religiosity, and the truth of Al-Shafi’i, may God have mercy on him, when he said:

Just this disparity between us * and every vessel exudes what is in it

And now humanity is beginning to wake up to the call of Islam to realize the concept of comprehensive citizenship so that the children of Adam and Eve can live in comfort and contentment.

Realizing that people complement each other with their cooperation and harmony, so they build and reform and do not corrupt, especially since among them are the United Nations charters that made people equal. We called through the forum’s platform that the participants turn to their families, calling for this citizenship, which they were called to revive;

Each participant will be an advocate of peace and harmony.

We ask God Almighty to achieve this goal, so that we may see all peoples united in love and respect.
