　　In 2014, the movie "Dear" with the theme of "anti-trafficking" touched countless people. The character prototype of Han Dezhong played by Zhang Yi is Sun Haiyang.

As the movie hits the air, Sun Haiyang's story of finding a child is also well-known to the outside world.

　　How was this abduction case detected?

　　At the confession ceremony held on December 6, the relevant person in charge of the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau said that for 14 years, the Shenzhen police have attached great importance to the case and set up a special class to continue investigating the case.

For any suspected objects and clues discovered during the investigation, the business trips were verified one by one, involving more than hundreds of thousands of kilometers in 11 provinces and cities including Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, and Chongqing.

　　The person in charge said that in October 2021, the Shenzhen police obtained important clues when investigating another accumulative child abduction case. Wu Moumou, Yanggu County, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, was suspected of committing a major crime.

At the same time, the commissioner of the Ministry of Public Security used technical comparisons and concentrated battles and found that a boy in Yanggu County was highly similar to Sun Mofei's (note: Sun Haiyang’s other name) abducted son, and later confirmed that he was consistent with Sun Mofei’s husband and wife. Kinship relationship confirmed that the abducted person was indeed the child abducted in the child abduction case in Nanshan District, Shenzhen in October 2007.

　　After that, the task force rushed to Shandong to conduct investigations, evidence collection and questioning of the adoptive parents of the abducted persons.

After investigation, it was found that Wu Moumou was the suspect in the kidnapping of children that year, and the police arrested him.

At present, the case is still being explored and expanded. The child has been recovered, but the investigation of the case has not stopped.

　　At about 19:00 on October 9, 2007, Sun Zhuo, the 4-year-old son of Sun Haiyang, disappeared in Baishizhou, Shenzhen.

The attached surveillance video showed that a strange man bought Sun Zhuo for food, played with a toy car, and then took Sun Zhuo away.

On December 28 of the same year, 4-year-old Fu Jiantao also disappeared in a community in Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

Over the years, Sun Haiyang and his wife have searched for children with Fu Jiantao's parents.

　　According to the Southern Metropolis Daily, this year the Ministry of Public Security held the "Reunion Operation" DNA comparison battle, and accidentally discovered clues to Fu Jiantao and successfully retrieved Fu Jiantao.

In an interview, Fu Jiantao said that he had memories of being abducted and had thought about finding his biological parents.

Later, the police investigation found that Fu Jiantao's "third uncle" Wu Moumou was highly similar to the suspect in the abduction case of Sun Zhuo.

　　After investigation by the police, Wu Moumou worked as a security guard near the Shenzhen Chengzhong Village and took Sun Zhuo and Fu Jiantao to Dongguan successively.

Because Wu's second brother did not have a son, Wu gave Fu Jiantao to his second brother, and Sun Zhuo to another relative who wanted children.

　　According to an article published on the official website of the Ministry of Public Security on December 6, that day, the Ministry of Public Security will organize a "reunion" campaign in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, to help three groups of families separated for more than ten years realize reunion, with the exception of the aforementioned Sun and Fu. The police also helped Yang Mouqing and his wife to find their son, Yang's brother.

　　On December 19, 2004, Yang Moqing and his wife in Maoming City, Guangdong Province went to the Luohu Public Security Bureau in Shenzhen to report to the police, saying that their son Yang Modi (3 years old) had disappeared near his home in the morning.

On October 10, 2007, Sun flew to Shenzhen Nanshan Public Security Bureau to report to the police in Jianli County, Hubei Province, stating that his son Sun (4 years old) had disappeared near the kindergarten the day before.

On December 28 of the same year, Peng Mouying, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, went to the Nanshan Public Security Bureau to report to the police, saying that her son Fu Moutao (aged 4) had disappeared near her home that afternoon.

After the occurrence of the three cases, the Shenzhen public security organs attached great importance to them, and successively established special case teams to investigate and handle cases. Although limited by investigative methods and technical conditions, the case has not achieved breakthroughs for many years.

　　Thanks to the efforts of the Ministry of Public Security’s "Reunion" Operation Criminal Technology Concentration Competition Team and the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department's combat team, the task force discovered and confirmed 2 Shandong men and 1 from September to November this year. The Hubei man is the brother Fu Motao, Sun Mo and Yang Mo who were abducted that year.

After discovering relevant clues, the task force quickly dispatched personnel to Shandong and Hubei to carry out tracing, solving and rescue work.

With the full assistance of the Shandong and Hubei public security agencies, it was initially found that the victim Fu Moutao was abducted by the criminal suspect Wu Moulong (note: the aforementioned Wu Mou) when he was playing in the residential area and taken to his second brother in Liaocheng, Shandong. Wu Mouyu has been raised in his home until now; Sun Mou was abducted by Wu Moulong and was introduced by relatives to the Guo Mouli couple in Liaocheng to raise; Yang's younger brother was abducted by the criminal suspect Cao Moukun and he was taken by Tian Mou in Enshi, Hubei Raise.

Based on the relevant criminal facts and evidence, the public security organs successfully arrested Wu Moulong and other 9 criminal suspects and brought them to justice. The relevant case is currently under further investigation.
