An American billionaire buys a village in Texas inhabited by an alligator and 21 people!

American billionaire Mark Cuban has bought the entire Texas village of Mustang, which has a population of 21, according to the latest census data.

But the strange thing is the reason for this deal, since his friend needs to sell this village.

Mark Cuban is an American entrepreneur and investor, author, film producer, television star, official owner of the NBA basketball team the Dallas Mavericks, owner of independent and foreign film network Landmark, Magnolia Pictures Distribution, and president of HDTV Television. AXS, according to Al Arabiya Net.

"I don't know what I'm going to do with this city," Cuban told the Dallas Morning News.

And if Cuban finds himself safe from his own luck along the lines of Chet's Creek, it's good to know that he'll have his own small village and a group of clown townspeople to greet him.

And Mustang Village is a 77-acre empty lot for Cubans.

The city was founded in the early 1970s, when it was known mostly as a local watering hole in the dry province of Navarro, according to the newspaper.

These days there is little more than a trailer park and night club but it's in disrepair.

On Friday, Google Maps showed that the club's name had been changed to "Marc Cobaret".

Mike Turner, a Dallas real estate broker, said the village also features an alligator residing in one of its ponds.

It is not clear what the Cuban paid for the purchase of this village, but for someone with a net worth of about $6 billion.

The city was reportedly put up for sale in 2017 for $4 million, but Turner said it was overpriced, even as they halved the listing price.
