A step towards legalization?
The German government recently indicated its intention to introduce the controlled distribution of recreational cannabis in the country.
It thus follows the path taken in Europe by Spain and the Netherlands, within which the consumption of this substance is tolerated and supervised.
Other countries on the continent have gone a little less far, but have nonetheless decriminalized it (simple fines are foreseen).
This is the case of Portugal, Italy or Belgium.
So much so that France is still one of the most repressive European countries in this area, like the Scandinavian countries in particular.
