Beijing Poly Auction 2021 Autumn Art Auction will soon raise the hammer.
On November 29th, the autumn auction preview opened at the Beijing International Trade Hotel and Beijing Kerry Hotel at the same time.
It is reported that this autumn auction will present Chinese paintings and calligraphy, ancient paintings and calligraphy, antique treasures, modern and contemporary art, jewelry and clocks, stamps and coins, and famous wines, tea and other categories. There are more than 8,000 art treasures in more than 40 special sessions.
Among the many exhibits, the most eye-catching is Fu Baoshi's "A Picture of a Lady Liu Yin for Luo Shihui".
This is a 35th birthday gift from Fu Baoshi to his wife Luo Shihui, created in 1945.
The nearly 400-word long postscript of the whole work is full of deep and affectionate memories of Fu Baoshi and his wife. It is jokingly called "the most beautiful love letter". This work has also become the most special painting of a lady in Fu Baoshi's pen.
In addition, many treasures by masters such as Zhang Daqian, Li Keran, Pan Tianshou, Qi Baishi, etc. will also appear in this autumn auction.
