Two people were arrested: Sakae Suganuma (57), the representative director of "JSO Frontier" in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, and Shiro Nakatsu (61), a company officer who is engaged in the solar power generation business.



According to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office, Mr. Suganuma and his colleagues underreported the company's sales in 2018 and are suspected of violating the Corporate Tax Law, saying that they have evaded tax of about 125 million yen.



The Special Investigation Department has been searching for related parties such as companies since the morning of the 30th.



The Special Investigation Department and the Inspection Department of the Tokyo National Tax Bureau are expected to analyze the materials seized in the search to clarify the flow of funds.
