According to news on November 28, a 99,000-year-old ivory shovel was recently excavated from a Paleolithic site in Bashan, Yishui, Shandong. According to preliminary observations, this is likely to be the earliest polished bone tool found in my country.
The unearthed ivory shovel site is located in Yishui, Linyi, Shandong. It is a mid-Paleolithic wilderness site discovered in July 2020.
